HD is working remarkably well in 3 alpha. Yep I am still up for testing anything that you need tested.

Initial 5-minute test of HD Radio was good (once I got the right COM port selected!)  I'll play around more with it, but just wanted to say it started just fine and let me manually tune to a station.  Win8 + Directed HD Radio.

Now that I've had more time to play with the radio interface, there are some things that aren't working (at least with HD Radio (Directed HD, Win8):

- Seek button doesn't do anything
- Button #1 (button view) or list item #1(list view) doesn't work, and the built-in preset for it (100.0) cannot be deleted.  Setting and removing presets works, starting with #2.
- Toggles for List View vs. Button View don't change the view until you go back to the home screen and re-enter radio.
- Toggles for List View vs. Button View are too low on the screen, at least in the low resolution of my CarPC, so they are mostly obscured by the lower part of the interface (media play/pause/forward/rewind).  I'll play with the screen resolution and see if it helps this.

thank you bud ,, most of your issues are know,, as we have not really returned to radios yet , we have just started rebuilding the modules again ,

preset buttons hate them always have , prefer the list ,, so they may go , i don't know yet ,

but please keep listing this will help , when we really get into gear

dabmonkey is still kicking our arses,, the src code is very badly done
and now we can see why ,, bad coding makes it work lololol...

HD has been revamped and it 90% there ,,,

theres alot of skin changes needed as the functions as is now, was causeing problems , with the way radio is handled ,,

but getting there

Hi bud,

happy to test DAB monkey.

CP1, have you tried contacting JP from Dabmonkey if you are having issues with the coding.? These guys provide some excellent support and are constantly improving the .dll - Just a thought

cheers

I know we ate bug testing at this stage, but I figured id ask this now while your are ripping the radios apart.

A toggle button in the dab radio screen would be good to toggle the radio channel list in the centre of the screen. Once you set your 10 presets, this this becomes redundant.

I'd rather see the large radio station name etc that you get with the FM screen.

Hey man, inside the 'testers area' dropbox folder there's a file lpk.dll which is setting all all kinds of virus alarms. Please delete this file ASAP
